We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Grocery Stocker to join our retail team. As a Grocery Stocker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving deliveries, unpacking merchandise, and placing products on shelves according to store planograms and safety standards. You should be comfortable lifting and moving heavy boxes, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment. In addition to stocking shelves, you may be asked to assist with inventory counts, set up promotional displays, and help maintain the cleanliness of the store, including sweeping aisles and removing empty boxes. Excellent communication and customer service skills are important, as you will interact with customers and other team members regularly. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required to meet the needs of the business.
